Meet your Candidate - Sally Pattle for Clackmannanshire and Dunblane
Sally Pattle is your Scottish Liberal Democrat candidate for Clackmannanshire and Dunblane.
Sally runs a successful bookselling business in Linlithgow. She has broad professional experience experience, working for Plymouth City Council, teaching at a university in Spain and latterly in the publishing industry in Edinburgh before joining her family business which she has run for the past decade. As an active member of the LibDems since undergraduate days, she has campaigned tirelessly for the party. Currently Sally is the Mental Health Spokesperson for the Scottish Liberal Democrats.
Sally was elected as a councillor for West Lothian in 2022, the first LibDem councillor elected there in 30 years. During this time her presence on the council has brought positive results for care experience young people and the future of community centres.
As your Scottish Liberal Democrats candidate, she will work to:
Deliver first rate health services for communities, ensuring access to a GP, dentist or mental health professional when we need them
Help with household bills in the cost of living crisis. Insulating cold homes and using Scottish renewable energy to drive down household bills for people across the country.
Bring Scottish Education back to its best by expanding pupil support in every school. Ensuring that every child is given the best possible start in life.
The Scottish Lib Dems believe Scotland deserves better.
